Property Investment
The
three most important rules of property investment are location,
location, location. If you don't buy a property in a good location
where there is excellent growth potential then the chances are your
property wont grow in value in line with well chosen property. To find
out if a particular area has growth potential it is a good idea to look
at the council website and determine what they are planning over the
next 5 to 30 years. If the government is spending a lot of money in one
area then growth will usually follow.

If you look to the left column you will see information related to
property investment where we will explain a number of different areas
of
property investment such as negative gearing and common tax deductions.
